选取地级及以上城市的创业孵化器的相关数据,利用综合指数法、超效率DEA和空间自相关分析等方法,分别探索了城市的创业孵化能力、孵化效率及空间集聚问题.结果显示:我国城市的创业孵化能力差异非常明显,呈两极分化格局,经济发达的东南沿海地区城市的创业孵化能力相对更强;我国城市的创业孵化效率整体水平较低,能达到资源配置有效的城市屈指可数;无论是全国层面还是地区层面,目前我国各城市的孵化能力与孵化效率不具有相关关系,即没有出现效率与能力的同步提升;城市的创业孵化能力呈显著的空间正相关性,位于长三角地区和珠三角地区的21座城市形成了创业孵化能力的高高聚集区.%This paper studies the data of entrepreneurial incubators in the cities and above the prefecture level and explores the hatching ability, incubation efficiency and spatial agglomeration of incubator by the comprehensive index method, super-efficiency DEA and spatial autocorrelation analysis.The results show as follows:the distributional differences of incubation capacity in Chinese cities show a preliminary pattern of polarization, the developed cities in South-East China have a stronger business incubation capacity;the average level of business incubation efficiency in Chinese cities is low, and there are only a few cities with efficient allocation of resource;in both national and regional level, the incubation capacity and efficiency of cities are not related to each other, there is no synchronous enhancement of efficiency and capability;the urban entrepreneurial and innovation ability shows significant spatial correlation, High-High spatial aggregation zone appears at the Yangtze river delta and the Pearl river delta region with 21 cities included.
