探索式与利用式创新研究的热点与前沿——可视化研究

摘要

This paper uses the text mining technology and the visualization methods to study the frontiers and hotspots in the study field of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation.It points out five research hotspots, including dynamic capabilities, organizational learning, strategic alliances, technological innovation and organizational ambidexterity.And it puts forward four theoretical perspectives, namely contradiction and opposition, integration and differentiation, balance and interaction, as well as inclusion and transformation.On this basis, it teases out five realization paths of ambidextrous innovation which are time serial, structural, leadership, contextual and multilevel and embedded ambidextrous innovation.%采用科技文本挖掘和可视化方法研究了探索式与利用式创新领域的热点和前沿,挖掘了动态能力、组织学习、战略联盟、技术创新和组织双元性五个研究热点知识群,指出冲突与对立、整合与分化、平衡与交互以及包含与转化四种理论视角.在此基础上,梳理出时序型、结构型、领导型、情境型以及多层次和嵌套型五种双元创新实现路径.
