This paper compares and analyze the existing evaluation models of organizational performance. And according to the literature and the interview data,it selects the performance evaluation index system of nonprofit organization(NPO)based on the balanced scorecard. Then it constructs the evaluation index system of NPO's performance including 4 dimensions and 12 indexes. And it uses this evaluation index system to evaluate the performances of 4 NPOs in Zhejiang province. The result shows that the performance level of most of NPOs is low. Therefore,improving the customer performance and internal process performance should be taken the working emphasis of most of Chinese NPOs.%在比较和分析现有的组织绩效评价模型的基础上,依据平衡计分卡,结合文献资料、预试和访谈资料,初步遴选出非营利组织绩效评价指标;进一步通过主成分分析,构建了包括4个主成分因子的非营利组织绩效评价指标体系。利用该评价体系对4家非营利组织的绩效进行模糊评价。结果表明,当前我国多数非营利组织的绩效水平偏低,以顾客为导向、提升内部运营效率应成为改善非营利组织绩效的工作重点。
