动态能力视野下中小企业国际创业策略研究——基于4家浙江企业案例

摘要

Based on the theories of dynamic capability and organization change, this paper puts forward a theoretical framework of international entrepreneurial strategies of SMEs. In accordance with this theoretical framework,it classifies SMEs' international entrepreneurial strategies into four typical modes, namely the flexibility adaptive strategy, the vision-driven strategy, the rule-following strategy and the pressure-impelling strategy. According to the data obtained from the interview, it analyzes and contrasts critical behaviors and their characteristics of the firms which adopt four typical international entrepreneurial strategies in the internationalization process.%以企业动态能力和组织变革理论为基础,构建了中小企业国际创业策略的理论框架,并将国际创业策略分为4类,即柔性适应策略、愿景驱动策略、因循规则策略和压力推动策略.根据通过深度访谈获取的数据和资料,采用多案例研究方法,对采取不同的国际创业策略的企业的行为及其特征进行了分析.
