业务流程重组绩效综合评价——基于改进的FAHP

         

摘要

在回顾大量相关文献并对企业进行实际调查的基础上,界定了流程和业务流程缋效评价指标,利用模糊层次分析法,建立了BPR绩效综合评价模型,旨在降低BPR失败率高的潜在风险.研究结果表明,为提高HB电力公司的BPR绩效,应首选侧重保养方案,其次选侧重培训方案,而侧重技术方案和侧重维修方案对业务流程的综合性能少有改善.%According to the literature review and the survey of enterprises,this paper defines the process and the index of evaluating the performance of business process.And it establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of performance of BPR by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, which aims to decrease the potential risk of BPR.The result shows that the maintenance program is the first choice for power companies to improve the performance of BPR,and the training program is followed, but the technical program and maintenance program have little effect on the comprehensive performance of business process.
