政府融资平台贷款信用风险评价——基于MTS模型的实证研究

摘要

从财务视角构建了政府融资平台贷款信用风险评价指标体系,利用江苏省48家平台类企业的数据,运用马田系统模型对政府融资平台贷款的信用风险状况进行了实证研究,得出了影响政府融资平台贷款信用风险的5个关键性因素,并进行了风险识别和度量.%The paper proposes a loan credit risk evaluation index system of government financing platform from perspective of finance.Then it employs MTS model to study empirically the loan credit risks of 48 borrowers in Jiangsu province,and concludes that five key factors influencing the loan credit risk of government financing platform,and identifies and evaluates the risk.
