用近红外分析技术对360个成品汽油样本进行检测,采用偏最小二乘法处理谱图,并选取合适的参数分别得到汽油研究法和马达法辛烷值的校正模型,其相关因子分别为0.9935和0.9681,预测标准偏差分别为0.671和0.662。用20个汽油样本验证校正模型,验证值与预测值的偏差较小,说明近红外分析仪测定汽油研究法和马达法辛烷值的模型较好。%Near -infrared spectroscopy (NIRS)was used to detect 360 finished gasoline samples.The partial least-squares method was used to analyze the spectra,and the appropriate parameters were selected to obtain the octane number calibration models for gasoline research method and motor method,with related factors of 0.993 5and 0.968 1,respectively,and the predicted standard deviations of 0.671 and 0.662,respectively.The calibration model was validated with 20 gasoline samples,and the deviation between the validation value and the predicted value was small,which indicated that the octane number models for both gasoline research method and motor method detected with NIRS were good.
