近红外分析仪测定柴油十六烷值分析方法的建立

         

摘要

The 90 samples of finished diesel were determined with near infrared spectroscopy analytical method, the spectrogram was treated with partial least square method, and the calibration model for cetane number of diesel was established through selecting appropriate parameters, with correlators up to 0. 946 1 and forecast standard deviation of 0. 855. The calibration model was verified with 20 diesel samples, and the deviation between verification value and forecast value was relatively small, which showed that the effect of determining cetane number of diesel with near infrared spectroscopy analyser was good.%用近红外分析技术对90个成品柴油样本进行检测,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)处理谱图,并选取合适的参数得到柴油十六烷值的校正模型,其相关因子可达0.9461,预测标准偏差为0.855。用20个柴油样本验证校正模型,验证值与预测值的偏差较小,说明近红外分析仪测定柴油十六烷值的效果较好。
