分光光度法测定锅炉水中二氧化硅的技术研究

             

摘要

研究建立了分光光度法测定锅炉水中二氧化硅的方法,用硫酸钼酸铵作显色剂,掩蔽剂改为草酸,还原剂改为硫酸亚铁铵,还原产物硅钼蓝络合物的颜色深度与二氧化硅的浓度成正比,符合朗伯比尔定律,进行比色测定。采用该方法,锅炉水样的测定结果RSD小于0.60%,加标回收率96%~101%,操作简便,准确度高,重现性好。%The determination method for silica in boiler water by spectrophotometry was established applied sulfuric acid ammonium molybdate as chromogenic agent, oxalic acid as masking agent, and ammonium ferrous sulfate as reducing agent. The color depth of reducing product silicon molybdenum blue complex was proportional to silica concentration, and it was accord with Beer-Lambert law. The RSD of determination result was less than 0.60%, the labeled recovery was between 96%~101%. This method was easy op-eration, high accuracy and good reproducibility.
