用于实验室调试的数字量测试平台设计

摘要

Field simulation system is designed for integration test of pipeline automation system.It builds a similar field environment,using which more process logics can be tested, including the logic test that cannot be achieved in field.It can improve the security and logic veracity of the SCADA system.It also can be used to bring up freshmen of the company.The field simulation system is composed of digital system, analog system and communication test system.The digital system will be mentioned in this article, which is composed of hardware circuit and software design.This system can simulate the electric equipments including valves and motors.%现场模拟系统是针对管道自动化系统集成测试而设计的,它为实验室调试提供了一个仿真的现场环境,可以对自动化系统的多个工艺控制流程进行测试,完成现场难以完成的控制逻辑测试,提高控制系统的可靠性及控制逻辑准确性,也可以用于对员工的培训,使员工的成长更迅速.现场模拟系统一共由数字量模拟系统、模拟量仿真系统及通讯调试设备三部分构成.本文主要对其中数字量模拟系统进行论述,分为硬件电路及软件设计两方面.该系统可以对现场的定速电机、电动阀等电气设备进行逻辑模拟及仿真.
