从大学生体质健康问题论武术散打

     

摘要

大学生超重与肥胖的体质健康问题比较凸显,我国约有20%的大学生有不同程度的心理障碍。大学生的体质健康问题是由于生活方式以及外界压力大、自身抗压能力弱造成的。武术散打对大学生体质健康既有积极意义,又有潜在的消极作用。在普通高校推广武术散打时应以“淡化实战、健康第一”为教学指导思想;教学内容设置要简单且能够体现武术散打本质特点;教学方法要能够增强师生间的互动性;运动形式要以有氧运动为主。%The problem is highlighted that many undergraduates are overweight and obesity. About 20 percent of our students have different degrees of mental disorder. The physical health problems of college students are caused by poor lifestyle,bigger outside pressure and weak ability of self anti-pressure. Wushu Sanda has positive as well as negative effects to undergraduates' physical health. When we want to promote the development of Wushu Sanda in colleges and universities,we should choose guiding ideology of Diluting the practical fighting and keeping health first; the teaching content setting should be simple and able to reflect the characteristics of Wushu Sanda;the teaching methods should be able to enhance the interaction between teachers and students;the form of motion should mainly be aerobic exercises.
