低捻度高强PE纤维绳索抗疲劳性能研究

     

摘要

高强聚乙烯(PE)纤维绳索,因其质轻、柔韧及高破断拉力等诸多特点,可广泛应用于牵引、起吊、系泊等绳索用途,对传统绳索的更新换代更具潜力。针对绳索重复性应用特点,探讨了低捻度高强PE纤维绳索的抗疲劳特性。结果表明,低捻度高强PE纤维绳索经受加载一卸载的拉伸疲劳试验后,其破断拉力呈现显著提高的现象。%High strength PE fibre rope have a light weight, good flexibility, and high breaking force, and were widely used in pulling, lifting and mooting. HSPE fibre rope is a potential substitute for conventional rope. The paper studied that the anti-fatigue performance of low-twist high-strength PE fibre rope, because the rope were use repeatedly. The results showed that the breaking force of PE-fibre rope increased substantially after the tensile fatigue test of loading-unloading.
