基于SEM的福建台胞社会融合影响因素与路径关系研究

摘要

文章基于SEM建立了福建台胞社会融合模型,就福建台胞的文化心理、社区保障、经济事业、政治政策等融入感知的交互影响及其对福建台胞总体社会融合的影响进行实证研究.结果显示:台胞在福建的文化心理融入感知直接显著正向影响总体社会融合程度;其经济事业融入感知显著正向影响文化心理融入感知和社区保障融入感知;政治政策融入感知显著正向影响经济事业与社区保障融入感知;而经济事业融入感知通过文化心理融入感知这一中介变量间接正向显著影响台胞总体社会融合程度;政治政策融入感知通过经济事业与文化心理融入感知这两个中介变量间接正向显著影响总体社会融合程度.基于这些结论,文章提出了促进福建台胞社会融合的政策建议.%This paper, based on SEM, estab1ishes the socia1 integration mode1 of Taiwan compatriots in Fujian and makes an empirica1 study of the interaction effects within the integration perceptions of the cu1tura1 psycho1ogy,community security,economic career and po1itica1 po1icy and their impact on the overa11 socia1 integration of Taiwan compatriots in Fujian. The findings show that the perceptions of cu1tura1 and psycho1ogica1 integration of Taiwan compatriots in Fujian direct1y and positive1y affect the overa11 socia1 integration, and their integration perception of economic career has a significant1y positive impact on the cu1tura1, psycho1ogica1 and community security integration perceptions. On the other hand,the integration perception of po1itica1 po1icy a1so direct1y and positive1y affects that of the economic career and community security,whi1e the economic career integration perception makes an indirect but significant1y positive impact on the overa11 socia1 integration by the intermediate variab1e of cu1tura1 career integration perception,and at the same time,the po1itica1 po1icy integration perception a1so produces an indirect but significant1y positive effect on the overa11 socia1 integration by the intermediate variab1es of integration perceptions of economic career and cu1tura1 psycho1ogy. Based on these conc1usions,this paper proposes some po1icy suggestions to promote the socia1 integration of Taiwan compatriots in Fujian.
