新型城镇化背景下促进农民增收的对策探讨--以德化县为例

摘要

新型城镇化是增加农民收入，解决“三农”问题的根本路径。该文以德化县为例，从与城镇化密切相关的资金、人才、制度和产业四方面来研究农民增收的困境，探讨促进农民收入倍增的路径和策略。%New urbanization is the basic path to increase farmers’income and solve the problem of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.This paper takes Dehua county as an example to research the plights on increasing farmers’in-come from four aspects such as funds,talents,system and industry,ect.which are closely related to urbanization. And the path and strategies for increasing farmers’income are discussed in this paper.
