基于产业集群视角下的海西海洋新兴产业发展研究

摘要

海西蓝色经济迎来历史性的发展机遇。该文总结了海西海洋产业发展现状，分析了海西海洋新兴产业发展存在的问题，阐述了海西海洋新兴产业集群发展的必要性，最后提出了海西海洋新兴产业集群发展的建议。%Blue economy in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone is faced with the historic development opportuni-ty.How to promote the development of emerging marine industries in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone,this paper summarized the development situation of marine industries in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone,and an-alyzed the existing problems.Meanwhile,the necessity was expounded,and the suggestions to promote the cluster development of emerging marine industries in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone were put forward in this pa-per.
