Objective To study the clinical application of feedforward control in the catheter-related infection of ICU. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015, the conventional nursing management was applied in our ICU; From April 2015 to April 2016, the feedforward control was applied. At the same time, 27 patients were separately selected as con-ventional group and feedforward group. The infection rate of infection and the evaluation score of nursing quality was observed. Results The infection rate for conventional group was higher than that of feedforward group (P<0.05);the eval-uation score of nursing quality for feedforward group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of feedforward control is used to analyze the risk factors of catheter-related infection in the ICU. The feed-forward control and nursing care can efficiently reduce the infection rate and improve the patient’s satisfaction.%目的：研究针对ICU导管感染情况,科室实施护理管理工作中加强应用前馈控制的影响。方法该文选取2014年3月—2015年3月间该院ICU收治的患者实施传统护理管理方法,于2015年4月—2016年4月收治的患者进行改革传统管理模式,增加应用前馈控制手段,同时取上述时间段患者各27例,做为传统组与前馈组,观察感染发生情况及护理质量评分。结果传统组感染率为(44.44%),前馈组经过改革管理模式后出现感染率为(7.41%),后组较少,P<0.05。结论在ICU科室中实施前馈控制管理方法,对科室导管感染情况进行危险因素分析,并针对性制定相关管理措施,可有效减少科室出现导管感染情况,大部分患者对于护理服务感到满意。
