整体护理对行颈侧方淋巴结清扫术的甲状腺癌患者的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the overall nursing on cervical lateral lymph node dissection in thyroid cancer pa-tients. Methods Selected admitted to the hospital in January 2013 — January 2016 cervical lateral lymph node dissec-tion sweep operation of thyroid cancer in 100 patients , according to different nursing methods, divided into the experi-mental (holistic nursing)group in 50 cases and control group (routine nursing) in 50 cases.Psychological status and oc-currence reactions of the two groups were observed. Results Before treatment two group patients with HAMA and HAMD scores were no statistical significance, after nursing,the experimental group HAMA score (7.2 ±1.5) and HAMD score (6.0 ± 1.0) was significantly lower than that of the control group (18.3 ±3.1), (18.5 ± 2.6), the difference is statis-tically significant(P 0.05);The occurrence rate of the experimental group 4.00%was significantly lower than that of the control group 18.00% , the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing care can im-prove had cervical lateral lymph node sweeping the psychological state of thyroid carcinoma and the occurrence rate, it is worth in clinical widely used.%目的：探究整体护理对行颈侧方淋巴结清扫术的甲状腺癌患者的影响。方法选取2013年1月—2016年1月该院收治的行颈侧方淋巴结清扫术的甲状腺癌患者100例，按照护理方式不同，分为实验组(整体护理)50例和对照组(常规护理)50例，观察两组患者的心理状态和并发症情况。结果治疗前两组患者HAMA和HAMD评分差异无统计学意义，护理后，实验组HAMA评分(7.2±1.5)和HAMD评分(6.0±1.0)明显低于对照组(18.3±3.1)、(18.5±2.6)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组并发症发生率为4.00%明显低于对照组18.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理能够改善进行过颈侧方淋巴结清扫术的甲状腺癌患者的心理状态和并发生发生率，值得在临床中广泛应用。
