目的：评价培菲康与思密达交替应用预防小儿腹泻病的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月一2015年1月期间该院儿科收治的87例腹泻病患儿进行研究,将其随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=47),对照组予以思密达治疗,观察组予以培菲康与思密达交替治疗,对比两组患儿治疗的临床效果。结果对照组的总有效率为83%,观察组的总有效率为96%,对照组患儿退热、止泻、大便正常恢复的时间均长于观察组,组间比较,P〈0.05。结论培菲康与思密达交替应用预防小儿腹泻病可以有效改善患儿的临床症状,提高治疗总有效率,具体推广价值。%Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Bifico combined with Smecta in the prevention of diarrhea in children. Methods From April 2013 to January 2015 were treated 87 cases of children with diarrhea were studied, which were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 47), the control group received Smecta treatment, observation group were given clinical efficacy Bifico smecta alternation therapy, in the comparison of clinical effect of the treatment of two groups of children. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 83%, the total effective rate of observation group was 96%,control group of children with fever, diarrhea, stool normal recov-ery time were significantly longer than that in the observation group, the difference between the two groups has statisti-cal significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion Bifico and Smecta alternate use of the prevention of diarrhea disease in chil-dren can effectively improve the patient′s clinical symptoms, improve the total efficiency of the treatment, the specific promotion value.
