目的：分析2008—2015年昆明市官渡区麻疹疫情波动现象，尤其监测2012—2013年官渡区麻疹高发时期的疫苗免疫血清抗体情况。找到防控麻疹疾病确实有效的方法，为今后我区的麻疹防控工作提供新的思路。方法收集2012—2013年官渡区麻疹高发期间在官渡区妇幼保健中心采集的28例已接种过含麻疫苗儿童的血清样本，测定麻疹IgGAb。数据经过统计处理分析有统计学意义。结果28例麻疹疫苗免疫血清抗体检验结果全是阳性，并且没有一例患发麻疹。结论预防麻疹最有效的方法是有效地接种麻疹疫苗。并结合教育部门、公安部门等多部门同时协助监控麻疹防控，力争麻疹发病达到预期的控制目标。%Objective We are to find out the effective method of prevention and control of measles disease, and to pro-vide new ideas for the prevention and control of measles in my district in the future by analysis of measles epidemic in Guandu District of Kunming city from 2008 to 2015, especially in the period of measles vaccine immunization in Guan-du district from 2012 to 2013. Methods We have collected the serum samples of 28 patients who had been vaccinated measles at the women's and children's health center in Guandu district of Kunming city from 2012 to 2013, tested the IgGAb of measles. By statist iced and analyses the data has statistically significant. Results the measles vaccine im-mune antibody test results of 28 serum samples are all positive, and none of the 28 cases suffer from measles. Con-clusion The most effective way to prevent the measles is vaccination. At the same time, we must combine with the de-partment of education, the department of public security and other departments to monitoring the measles prevention and control, and strive to achieve the desired control objectives of measles.
