环氧乳化沥青封层养护材料及其工程应用的研究

摘要

为有效解决沥青路面早期病害,及时进行路面养护,研发了一种新型封层材料,即环氧乳化沥青封层,提出水性环氧和乳化沥青的最佳配比和用量,以及石料用量.通过一系列路用性能验证试验及工程应用研究,已有数据显示:和现有的普通乳化沥青封层相比,环氧乳化沥青封层抗剥落性能及抗滑性能大幅度提高,具有优良的浅表固化效果,可以作为新一代沥青路面养护的封层材料.%To solve effectively the early diseases of asphalt pavement,pavement maintenance in time,we devel-oped a new seal material,namely epoxy emulsion asphalt layer,and put forward the optimal formula of waterborne epoxy and emulsified asphalt and dosage. Through a series of experiment research and engineering application,ex-isting data show:compared with the existing common emulsified asphalt sealing layer,epoxy emulsion asphalt layer's peeling resistance and skid resistance performance are greatly improved,has good effect of superficial curing,can be used as a new generation of seal coat material for asphalt pavement maintenance.
