氨基酸平衡条件下不同粗蛋白质水平饲粮饲喂中后期杜长大生长肥育猪的试验研究

         

摘要

27 piglets about 35 kg DLY ternay hybrid from 6 litters, using randomized block design were divided into 3 groups. They were control group, experimental group 1 (amino acid balance, but dietary crude protein level was lower than the control group of 2 percentage points) and experimental group 2 (dietary crude protein the level of 2 percentage points lower than that of the control group, the experimental group 1 in amino acid level based on improved 10%). Experimental diet with reference to NRC(1998) feeding standards, in the similar digestion energy conditions, using the amino acid balance technology, by adding a certain proportion of lysine, methionine, threonine and tryptophan, we studied on the growth performance and economic benefit of different crude protein levels in growing finishing pigs amino acid balance condition. The results showed that diarrhea rate of two experimental groups was decreased by 14.73, 14.01 percentage points and 3.71, 3.83 percentage points in 20~60 kg and in 60~120 kg two stages compared with the control group, respectively. Daily weight gain of two experimental groups in the whole period of finishing were improved 0.46%and 2.76%than the control group (P>0.05);daily feed intake and feed gain ratio were decreased 13.63%(P>0.05), 7.61%(P>0.05)and 0.45(P<0.05), 0.31 (P<0.05) than the control group, respectively. The average income of two experimental groups per pig was increased 16.41, 11 yuan compared with the control group.%从6窝中选取体重均匀、35 kg左右的杜长大三元杂种仔猪27头,采用随机区组设计均分为3组,分别为对照组、试验1组(氨基酸平衡,但饲粮粗蛋白质水平比对照组降低2个百分点)、试验2组(饲粮粗蛋白质水平比对照组降低2个百分点,氨基酸水平在试验1组的基础上提高10%)。试验饲粮参考NRC(1998)猪饲养标准,在消化能相近的条件下,采用氨基酸平衡技术,通过添加一定比例的赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸以及色氨酸,探讨氨基酸平衡条件下不同粗蛋白质水平生长肥育猪的生长性能及经济效益。结果表明,试验1组、试验2组在20~60 kg、60~120 kg两个阶段腹泻率比对照组分别下降14.73、14.01个百分点,3.71、3.83个百分点。生长肥育全期试验1组、试验2组日增重分别比对照组提高0.46%(P>0.05)、2.76%(P>0.05);日采食量,分别比对照组降低13.63%(P>0.05)、7.61%(P>0.05);料重比,分别比对照组降低0.45(P<0.05)、0.31(P<0.05);经济效益方面,分别比对照组平均每头增收16.41、11元。
