基于S kyline的三维地籍信息系统的设计与研究

         

摘要

传统的地籍是以地表权利为核心,采用平面数据来表达和显示的二维空间,但随着人们对地上或地下空间的利用,现有地籍管理模式已不能满足当前土地空间权利登记和管理的需求。因此,迫切需要引入三维地籍来解决这些问题。本研究从技术角度入手,以Skyline软件为平台,结合3DS MAX和Sketch Up等三维建模软件,建立三维地籍信息系统,实现产权体的可视化、查询等功能。结果表明,该技术对三维地籍建模具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。%The traditional cadastre is based on the ground surface right as its core.It is to use the plane cadastral da-ta to express and display 2D space.But,with the utilization of either overground space or underground space,the existing cadastral management model has been unable to meet the needs of the registration and management of space utilization rights for the current land.Therefore,3D cadastre is introduced urgently to solve these problems.From the view of tech-nique,the 3D cadastral information system is built up under the platform of Skyline、3DS Max and Sketch Up with this process.By using the system,the visualization,query and other functions of property right body can be achieved.The re-sults show that,the technology has certain reference value and guiding significance for 3D modeling of cadastre.
