糖厂中间制品色值测定方法比较

摘要

本文通过对过滤介质、pH值、以及测定波长对色值的影响进行分析，从而比较ICUMSA方法2和司丹默法这两种方法测定在制品色值的区别与联系，结果表明，这3个因素对测定结果都有较大影响。%An experiment was designed to compare the two methods of ICUMSA 2 and Stammer according to the analysis of the filter medium, pH value, and absorbtion wavelength impacting on the color value. Results showed that these three factors have great impact on the measured value.
