甘蔗新品种桂柳二号选育报告

摘要

甘蔗新品种桂柳二号(柳城03-1137)由柳城县甘蔗研究中心选育，品种来源是以 HoCP93-746为母本，ROC22为父本的杂交后代，经试验和生产示范，具有强生长势、早熟、高产、高糖、宿根性好，适应性强的优良农艺性状；在第8轮国家甘蔗品种区试中表现为：2新1宿平均蔗茎产量105.39 t/hm2，比对照 ROC22增产5.71%；11～3月份平均蔗糖分为14.76%，比对照 ROC22低0.08%(绝对值)；平均蔗糖产量15.60 t/hm2，比对照 ROC22增产5.53%。对黑穗病的抗性为4级，抗性反应型为中抗；对花叶病的抗性级别为1级，抗性反应为免疫；抗旱性中等。2011年6月通过广西区农作物品种审定委员会的审定，2013年7月通过国家甘蔗品种鉴定委员会鉴定。%Guiliu 2, a new sugarcane variety, was selected and bred by Sugarcane Research Center of Liucheng County. It was a hybrid progeny of HoCP93-746 (as female parent) and ROC22 (as male parent). Regional tests and production demonstrations revealed that it has good agronomic traits such as strong growth, early maturity, high cane yield, high sugar content, excellent ratooning ability and strong adaptability etc. In the 8th national regional test of sugarcane variety, its average cane yield of new-planting cane and first year ratoon was 105.39 t/hm2, 5.71% higher than that of the check variety (ROC22). Its average sugar content was 14.76% from November to March next year, 0.08% (absolute value) lower than that of the check. The average sugar yield was 15.60 t/hm2, 5.53% higher than that of the check. Its resistance to smut was the fourth grade, classified as moderate; the resistance to mosaic virus reached first grade, classified as immune; the resistance to drought was classified as moderate. It was approved by the Guangxi Crop Variety Approval Committee in June 2012, and was identified by the National Crop Variety Identification Committee (sugarcane) in July 2013.
