连续结晶技术在甘蔗糖厂的应用

         

摘要

The production processes of sugar industry are procedural and continuous. Continuous production has been realized in most process section of sugar mills, but the batch tank is still used in the sugar boiling process. Vertical continuous crystallization technology has been successfully put into operation in Guangxi Yongxinhua Sugar Group since 2011. Continuous crystallization process has the following advantages:high utilization rate, high efficiency, low operation cost, obvious energy saving effect, simple operation and high crystallization rate. This paper focuses on the continuous crystallization technology and equipment including principle, performance, structure, design features, thermal efficiency, operational efficiency and automation level.%制糖企业是流程化、连续化的生产工艺。糖厂大部分工艺段已实现连续化生产,煮糖工段大多还在使用间歇罐。立式连续结晶技术2011年起在广西永鑫华糖集团成功投入生产运行。连续结晶工艺具有以下优点:装置利用率高、运行效率高、运行成本低、节能效果显著、操作简单、结晶率高。本文着重介绍连续结晶技术和设备的原理、性能、结构、设计特点、热效率、运行效率及自动化水平。
