微生物絮凝剂研究进展

摘要

The classification, the species of producing strain, the zymosis, the separation and purification of microbial flocculant were introduced and its application in environmental engineering, food industry, fermentation industry and heavy metal enrichment etc were summarized. The shortages of the present researches and the development trends of microbial flocculant were discussed to provide references for the subsequent researches in the field.%主要介绍了微生物絮凝剂的种类、产生菌、发酵、分离与纯化及其在环境工程、食品工业、发酵行业和重金属富集等方面的应用，对其存在问题和发展趋势进行了探讨。
