精制糖滤泥制备复合石灰粉的研究

     

摘要

A composite lime powder was produced with filter mud from the refined sugar production process after washing, roasting, pulverizing. It is mainly composed of diatomite filter aid and calcium oxide. In this paper, artificial neural network was employed to deal with the experimental results, and it gave the optimal process conditions as follows: the roasting temperature was 950℃, reaction time was 40 minutes. The results show that the effective calcium oxide content of composite lime powder reached 80%~82%and the content of diatomite filter aid reached 18%~20%which was in accordance with the requirements for the sugarcane clean process.%利用精制糖生产过程中产生的滤泥,经过洗涤、焙烧、粉碎,得到一种复合石灰粉,该复合石灰粉主要由硅藻土助滤剂和氧化钙组成。本文采用人工神经网络处理实验结果,得到复合石灰粉制备的最佳工艺条件为:焙烧温度950℃,焙烧时间40 min。结果表明,复合石灰粉有效氧化钙含量达到80%~82%,硅藻土助滤剂含量达到18%~20%,符合甘蔗制糖清净工艺使用要求。
