The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a nanocomposite membrane with impregnated graphene oxide and a nanocomposite membrane manufactured thereby, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a graphene oxide solution including 0.05 to 0.5 weight % of graphene oxide (step 1); immersing a porous support into a polyfunctional amine and a solution including the graphene oxide solution prepared in the step 1; and performing an interface polymerization by immersing the porous support, which is immersed in the step 2, in an organic solution containing a polyfunctional acyl halide (step 3). The manufacturing method of the nanocomposite membrane of the present invention adds the solution in which the graphene oxide is distributed in the solution containing the polyfunctional amine, thereby improving the dispersion of the graphene oxide in the solution, and prevents the graphene oxide, which is immersed in the nanocomposite membrane formed through the interface polymerization, from being attached and detached. In addition, the nanocomposite membrane in which the graphene oxide is uniformly distributed can be obtained, and a water flux can be improved higher than the same of the conventional nanocomposite membrane.
