沙枣花精油手工皂的研制

摘要

Through the steam extraction of Elaeagnus angustifolia essential oils,essential oils added to the angustifolia flower soap recipe,with olive oil,coconut oil,palm oil and NaOH as main raw materials,using the method of orthogonal experiment the optimum preparation conditions,synthesis of Elaeagnus angustifolia flower essential oil scented soap.The total free alkali products,free caustic alkali,chloride, water and volatile,the results showed that the indicators have reached the national standard of handmade soap industry.%通过水蒸气法提取沙枣花中的精油,把沙枣花精油加入到手工皂的配方中,以橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油和NaOH为主要原料,运用正交实验的方法得出最佳制备条件,合成具有沙枣花精油特有香味的手工皂.测定了产品的总游离碱、游离苛性碱、氯化物、水分和挥发物,结果表明:上述指标均达到国家手工皂行业标准.
