复杂结构全频段声振综合响应分析

     

摘要

Spacecraft sustains the complex and severe vibro-acoustic environments, such as thrust pulsation of engine and aerodynamic force, during the flight. Vibro-acoustic test can improve the reality of ground test. Vibro-acoustic environment prediction of structure can provide supports for test planning, test condition defining and optimal structure designing. In this paper, the application of vibro-acoustic environment prediction techniques in complex satellite structure is studied, especially modeling method for different frequency band and loading method of vibration and acoustic. Structural response is predicted for satellite in vibro-acoustic environment. It is found that simulation results are well agreed with experimental results. The error of RMS between simulation results and experimental results is below 3dB.%航天飞行器在飞行过程中受到严酷的声振综合力学环境,既有发动机的脉动推力,又有飞行过程中的气动力作用,可通过声振综合试验提高地面试验考核的真实性.而声振综合环境下的结构响应预示可为试验方案制定、条件制定以及结构设计等提供技术支撑.本文针对复杂卫星结构,开展了全频段声振综合响应预示技术应用研究,重点研究了随机振动施加方法、噪声载荷施加方法、结构建模方法等,在此基础上预示了卫星模型在声振综合环境下的结构响应,将仿真结果和声振综合试验结果对比发现,仿真结果和试验结果吻合,RMS值误差在3dB以内.
