上海城投控股大厦超限高层建筑结构设计

             

摘要

Shanghai Chengtou Holding Building is a 21-story high-rise building with 3-story basement. It's an abnormal structure at plane. Frame-core wall structure is used as the structural system. Shanghai bund double deck tunnel goes through the basement, and exhaust airway of the tunnel is set in the high-rise building to realize the emission of high altitude, which has a great demonstration significance in multiple utilization of land. In the article, the design of the structural is presented, and several problems such as foundation, basement, structural arrangement, structural calculation, performance based seismic design (including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, un-yielding check of structural components under medium earthquake, static and dynamic elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquake) and seismic fortification measures are discussed to meet the structure design standard of the office building, the tunnel and its exhaust airway.%上海城投控股大厦是一幢高层办公楼,地下3层,地面以上主体21层.结构主体采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,属于平面特别不规则超限高层建筑.在建筑的地下层位置,有上海市外滩双层隧道穿越,并且隧道排烟井与高层办公楼结合,实现了高空排放的环保要求,在土地综合利用上具有示范价值.本文介绍了该超限高层建筑的基础和地下室设计、结构布置、主要计算结果,以及采用基于性能的抗震设计方法(包括小震弹性计算、中震不屈服构件验算、罕遇地震下弹塑性分析)和采取的主要措施,同时满足办公建筑和隧道、排烟井的结构设计要求.
