经静脉窦接触性rt-PA溶栓治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成1例并文献复习

摘要

Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of intrasinus thrombolysis using rt-PA to treat cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis. Methods The clinical and imaging data of one such case was analyzed. And relative literatures were reviewed. Results Clinical symptoms relieved significantly and venous sinus re-passed after intrasinus thrombolysis using rt-PA. Conclusions Intrasinus thrombolysis using rt-PA is an effective method to treat cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis.%目的 探讨经静脉窦接触性rt-PA溶栓治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成的效果.方法 分析1例经静脉窦接触性rt-PA溶栓治疗的颅内静脉窦血栓形成病例的临床及影像学资料,并结合文献进行探讨.结果 采用介入方法经静脉窦直接注入rt-PA接触性溶栓后,患者的临床症状显著缓解,静脉窦再通良好.结论 经静脉窦接触性rt-PA溶栓是治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成的有效方法.
