山楂麦芽片促进消化功能的动物试验研究

摘要

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Shanzha-maiya Tablets in improving functional dyspep-sia.METHODS Mice were divided into five groups:Shanzha-maiya tablets group(2.25、0.9、0.45g/(kg· BW), respectively) , a blank group and control group.The intestinal motility was evaluated by ink propelling rates.Rats were randomly divided into four group:blank group and Shanzha-maiya Tablets group (2.25、0.9、0.45g/( kg · BW) ,respectively).The body weight,weight gain,food intake and food utilization rate were observed;meanwhile,the rat pepsin activity and the discharge amount of pepsin in rats were measured.RESULTS Shanzha-maiya tablets (2.25、0.9g/(kg· BW),respectively) significantly increased the ink propelling rates (P0.05). 结论 山楂麦芽片具有促进消化的功能.
