3种市售壳聚糖创伤修复类产品的粘均分子量测定

摘要

目的：测定市面上出售的3种壳聚糖创伤修复类产品的特性粘数，并计算其粘均分子量。方法根据药典规定的乌氏粘度计图解外推法测定其特性粘数〔η〕，利用经验公式推算出粘均分子量M。结果准确且计算方便。结论可以为壳聚糖及其衍生物的分子量测定提供依据。%ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To determine the intrinsic viscosity of three kinds of commercially available chitosan wound repair products and calculate the viscosity-average molecular weight .METHODS The intrinsic viscosity〔η〕 was measured according Pharmacopoeia Ubbelohde viscometer graphical extrapolation ,Using empirical formulas calculate the viscosity-average molecular weight M .RESULTS and CONCLUSION This method is accurate and easy to calculate.Which can provide the basis for measuring the molecular weight of chitosan and its derivatives .
