4种粘结剂牙釉质剪切强度的实验研究

             

摘要

Objective This paper evaluated the shear bond strength (SBS) of four adhesives on human enamel. Methods Forty extracted human premolars were randomly divided into 4 groups . A block of composite resin was bonded respectively with four adhesives - Prime&bond NT(PB), XenoⅢ(XN)、Ⅰ Bond(IB) 、AdperTM PromptTM (AP) ,according to manufacturers' instruction. All specimens were loaded and measured with Instron. The average shear bond strength was compared using one - way ANOVA of SPSS 11.5. Fractured specimens were furtherobserved by SEM. Results Respective results of the shear bond strength of four adhesives were:produced XN:16.14 ±2.12(MPa) ,IB:12.60 ±2.74(MPa) ,AP:14.73 ±2.30(MPa) ,PB:14. 10 ± 2.97(MPa). There was no significant difference in the shear bond strength between the four adhesives when they were applied to ground enamel surfaces (P > 0.05 ). SEM: Adhesives PB, XN, AP and IB had all distinct resin layers, smear layers and resin tags. Conclusions The conventional adhesive systems produced favorable bond strensth to enamel.%目的 通过4种粘结剂的牙釉质剪切强度的比较,评价并指导其临床使用.方法 选用新鲜的离体前磨牙40颗,分成四组每组10颗,暴露釉质唇面>8 mm.4组分别选用全酸蚀的粘结剂:Prime&bond NT(PB)自酸蚀的粘结剂、Xeno Ⅲ(XN)、I Bond( IB)、AdperTM PromptTM (AP).按照说明书的要求和步骤分别使用后充填复合树脂Z250,制备成4 mm×3 mm的圆柱型试件.所有的样本通过Instron测试剪切强度,用SPSS 11.5对剪切强度测试值进行统计学分析.利用SEM观察粘结界面的超微结构.结果 4组牙釉质剪切强度分别为:(14.10±2.97)、(16.14±2.12)、(12.60±2.74)、(14.73±2.30)MPa.四组之间没有统计学差异(P>0.05).SEM 镜下,XN、IB、AP和PB组均可见有明显的树脂层、混合层、树脂突.结论第六代或第七代粘结材料对牙釉质也有良好的粘结作用可广泛应用于临床.
