钛具有骨整合特性,被认为是最适合的口腔种植材料。然而钛作为一种惰性金属,缺乏足够的生物活性。为了获得更快更好的骨结合,学者们通过各种表面改性技术改变钛表面微形貌,提高其生物活性,增强成骨能力。而对于钛表面改性促进骨结合的内部分子机制,国内外学者已进行大量研究。本文针对钛表面微形貌影响成骨细胞行为及其分子机制的研究进展作一综述。%With its osseointegration characteristic,titanium is considered to be the most suitable material for oral implants. However, as an inert metal,the biological activity of titanium is inadequate. In order to obtain better and faster osseointegration,titanium surface micro - topography has been changed by a variety of surface modification techniques to improve its biological activity and osteogenic a-bility. To figure out the internal molecular mechanism of surface modification promoting osseointegration,lots of studies home and abroad have also been undertaken. In this paper,advances in the effect of titanium surface micro - topography on osteoblast behavior and its molecular mechanism were reviewed.
