蒙脱石散联合大蒜素治疗鹅口疮的临床效果研究

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of montmorillonite and allicin on the treatment of thrush. Methods 162 newbo⁃rns and infants with thrush who were confirmed in the outpatient clinic from April 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly di⁃vided into experiment group and control group, 81 cases for each group. All patients were cleaned with normal saline locally. The mixed paste of montmorillonite and allicin was applied to the intraoral white spot lesion area and the peripheral mucosal tissue in the experi⁃ment group, while 2% sodium bicarbonate was used in the control group. The two groups were observed for their clinical performances. Results In the experiment group, 63 cases recovered and 3 cases failed. In the control group, 35 cases recovered and 18 cases failed. Both the cure rate and the total effective rate in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group, and the chi square values were x2=20.25 and x2=12.31 respectively ( P<0.01) . Conclusion The combined use of montmorillonite and allicin has an ob⁃vious effect on patients with thrush and no significant adverse reactions have been detected.%目的：探讨蒙脱石散联合大蒜素治疗鹅口疮的临床效果。方法选取我科门诊162例确诊为鹅口疮的新生儿及婴幼儿，随机分为试验组和对照组各81例，两组病例经常规局部生理盐水清洗后，试验组将蒙脱石散与大蒜素调和成糊剂涂抹于口内白色斑片病变区及周边黏膜组织，对照组使用2％碳酸氢钠涂抹，观察两组的治疗效果。结果试验组中痊愈63例，失败3例，对照组中痊愈35例，失败18例；试验组痊愈率及总有效率与对照组比较计均有统计学意义。结论蒙脱石散联合大蒜素治疗鹅口疮有明显效果，且未见明显不良反应。
