新型正畸记存模型制作架的设计及模型制备方法的研究

         

摘要

目的 设计出基于错牙合畸形患者牙颌数据分析的正畸记存模型制作架,完成相应的模型制备程序的设计.方法 随机选择自2014—2015年就诊于广西医科大学的正畸患者200例,采用1∶1定焦摄影技术拍摄患者牙颌模型的牙合面照,利用Photoshop CS6软件测量并计算出对应的记存模型的底边长度,利用游标卡尺测量上下颌尖牙前庭沟底间的距离.对测量的模型数据进行统计学分析,设计出尺寸适合临床应用的记存模型橡胶基托以及高度可调的正畸记存模型制作架.结果 获得了错牙合畸形患者牙颌模型的相关数据,据此设计出更适合制作正畸记存模型的橡胶基托.另外,设计的模型灌注架可以在灌注记存模型的过程中提供稳定的支持和准确的对位,提高了临床效率.结论 正畸记存模型制作架可以提高临床中正畸记存模型制作的效率及质量,减少水电资源的浪费,有良好的临床应用前景.%Objective To design a model perfusion frame for orthodontic study model based on the data of malocclusion patients. Methods 200 models of malocclusion of the patients were randomly selected from Guangxi Medical University from 2014 to 2015. With the 1 : 1 fixed focus camera,the images of upper occlusal surface of the chosen models were taken. Photoshop CS6 software was used to measure and calculate the corresponding length of the study model's bottom edge. Vernier caliper was applied to measure the distance between the bottoms of the canine vestibular groove. Based on the statistical analysis of the data of measured model, a model rubber base whose size was suitable for clinical application was designed,and a height adjustable model perfusion frame was also de-signed. Results Acquiring the data of dental models from the malocclusion deformity patients,the rubber base which was more suit-able for making orthodontic study model was designed.In addition,the design of the model perfusion frame could provided a stable sup-port and accurate positioning in the process of model perfusion. Conclusion The frame for study model can improve the efficiency and quality of model preparation in clinic,and reduce the waste of hydroelectric resources,which will have a good clinical application pros-pect.
