台湾地区水产品质量安全监管模式

摘要

本文从台湾地区水产品质量安全的监管机构、监管程序、法制体系、标准体系和认证制度等多个方面,介绍了台湾地区水产品质量安全监管模式,以期为大陆水产品监管提供经验借鉴.%Supervision mode of aquatic products quality and safety in Taiwan is described and analyzed from supervision departments, supervision program, legal system, standard system and certification system in order to provide experience reference for the supervision of aquatic products in Mainland China.
