基于要素分析的《企业知识产权管理规范》之国家标准与地方标准的比较研究

摘要

本文采用标准要素对比分析法对《企业知识产权管理规范》国家标准与江苏省地方标准的资料性要素及规范性要素进行对比分析，通过指明要素之间的具体差异，为企业在标准转换运用过程中存在的标准运用难题提供可供参考的解决方案和对策。%This paper analyzes the informative factors and normative factors in both standards via the method of comparative analysis, providing referential solutions and countermeasures to the enterprises, which have the dilemmas about how to adapt to the transition that from the two standards.
