中、美游泳后备人才培养模式的比较研究

摘要

采用文献资料法、访谈法和对比分析法对中美两国后备人才培养现状以及游泳后备人才培养过程的比较分析。结果表明：我国的游泳运动广泛性还无法与美国相比,中国对游泳后备人才的培养依旧是以体校为中心的一条龙服务,国家投入大;而美国对游泳后备人才的培养大多通过学校和社会,盘活了社会资源。%By using the methods of literature studies,interview and comparative analysis,this paper studies on comparatively analyzing the current situation and the process of cultivating swimming reserve talents of Sino-US.And it turns out that swimming in China cannot be compared to the United State in its universality.The cultivation of swimming reserve talents in China is still carried out by sports school and is largely invested by the governments.But in the United States,the investment of cultivation is mainly from school and society,which can make full use of social resources.
