“主副项制”校本体育课程教学对大学生体育意识与行为的影响

         

摘要

Through questionnaire survey on the students under the system of major and minor program sports selective classes,mathematical statistic of the research data and documentary analysis,combining our school's reforming practices on the system of major and minor sports Exquisite course,this paper analysed students' sports consciousness and behaviour before and after they were intervened by the system of major and minor course.This paper finally concluded that the execution of the system of major and minor sports course could remarkably improve students' exercise consciousness,mature their sports' behaviour,improve their exercise interest,and gradually form their consciousness of life-long sports.%通过对"主副项制"体育选项课学生的问卷调查,并对调查数据进行数理统计以及查阅相关的文献资料,结合本校"主副项制"体育精品课程教学改革实践,分析学生在"主副项制"课程干预前后的体育意识与行为。发现学生在"主副项制"体育课的实施干预下体育意识明显提高,体育行为趋向成熟,体育兴趣更为浓厚,并逐步形成终身体育意识。
