我国优秀女子三级跳远运动员着地技术特征研究

By literatures, investigations, visiting, photographing, photo analyzing and data statistics. The re sults of the present study are as follows： Our country＇s elite women triple jump athletes all use bent leg landing skill. It is an important factor to influence the landing corner of every jump to accelerate to rotate lap and leg be fore landing; The main character of landing skill of hopping is that the leg sways back rapidly before landing; The character of landing skill of jumping is that the lap presses downward mainly, and there is no obvious leg back ; swaying.%采用摄像、录像解析法和文献资料法，对2000年田径大奖赛总决赛中，我国部分优秀女子三级跳远运动员在起跳过程中各跳起跳时着地动作的特点进行研究，同时从力学角度对着地技术的作用进行分析，探讨我国女子三级跳远运动员的技术特征，为今后的教学与训练提供参考。
