体育电子政务信息资源网络影响力的计量研究

摘要

为客观地了解与评价我国体育电子政务信息资源的建设情况，研究构建了体育电子政务信息资源建设的网络影响力评价指标，利用webzip7.0整站下载工具、 webstat专用解析链接软件eclipse、 Alta Vista搜索引擎对我国市、省一级体育政府门户网站的网络影响力进行计量分析。研究发现：各省市体育局门户网站之间的信息资源建设之间的差距较大；电子政务的主要载体---体育局门户网站的信息含量还有待提高，还可以进一步挖掘体育信息资源的揭示深度；中、东、西部三个地域之间的网络影响力差异显著性并不明显。%To known and evaluation the construction of sports e -government information resources objectively , this article utilize webzip7.0 whole station download tool , webstat dedicated parse links software eclipse , the Alta Vista search engine to build e -government information resources construction of sports networks influence evalua -tion and the index system of our city , the provincial government portal of a sports network influence econometric a -nalysis.We can get such results: there is a wide gap in sports e -government information resources construction situation;Government Sport Bureau website link frequency is not very high and website information content is not big enough;different regions of China Sports Electronic significant difference does not have the network between the influence of the government information resources.
