The Thermal reaction of Venezuela vacuum residue is carried out in a batch reactor. The yield of probucts at reaction temperature in range of 390 ℃ to 430 ℃ and residence time from 10 min to 90 min is studied. With increasing the reaction temperature and residence time, the yield of gas,coke and distillate obviously increased, but the yield of thermal residue decreased. In reaction temperature of 420 ℃ and residence of 90 min, coke particle began to congregate. Coke induction period is 40 -50 min at reaction temperature 410 ℃ , and decreased with increasing temperature.%研究了在间歇釜式反应装置上委内瑞拉渣油的热转化,考察了不同反应温度(400~430℃)、反应时间(20~90 min)对产品分布和性质的影响.结果表明,随着反应温度和反应时间的延长,气体、焦、馏分油产量增加,焦颗粒粒度也随之增大;而残渣油产量下降;在反应温度为420℃、反应时间大于90min时,焦颗粒出现聚集现象;410℃的生焦诱导期在40~50 min,且生焦诱导期随着温度的升高而缩短.
