俄罗斯M 100减压渣油的热反应性能及应用研究

         

摘要

The thermal reaction of vacuum residue of Russia M 100 were carried out in an autoclave, the influences of temperature, reaction time on product distribution and conversion of visbreaking and coking reactions were investigated, and the performances of oxidized residue and SBS modified asphalt were analyzed. The results showed that lower temperature and longer reaction time were suitable for vis-breaking, while higher reaction temperature and shorter reaction time for coking. Under the condition of oxidation temperature of 250 °C , oxidation time of 10 h, air flow rate of 0. 20 m3/( h · kg) , the oxidized residue met the technical specifications of 110# C - grade road asphalt. The oxidized residue with 1. 0% ( mass fraction) SBS modifier was in line with the technical requirements of I - A SBS modified asphalt.%在高压釜中进行俄罗斯M 100减压渣油热反应实验,考察了反应温度和反应时间对减黏裂化和焦化反应产品分布及转化率的影响,并分析了减压渣油经氧化处理及SBS改性所制备沥青的性质.结果表明,减黏裂化宜采用较低的反应温度和较长的反应时间,而焦化反应则宜采用较高的反应温度及较短的反应时间;减压渣油在氧化温度为250℃、氧化时间为10 h、通入空气量为0.20 m3/(h·kg)的条件下进行氧化处理后,所得氧化渣油能够满足道路沥青中110#C等级沥青的性能要求;以该氧化沥青为基质沥青,加入质量分数为1.0%的SBS改性剂后,所制备改性沥青符合SBS改性沥青中I-A类的性能要求.
