聚醚胺页岩抑制剂的性能评价及现场应用

         

摘要

Performances of various polyetheramines as shale inhibitors in drilling fluids were investigated.The results showed that lower average molecular weight,hydrophobic oxypropylene segment,and plentiful amino group of polyetheramines favored the improvement of inhibitive properties.Among the polyetheramines,D230 possessed optimal inhibitive capabilities as well as well fluid loss properties.Its application temperature was able to reach 150 ℃.D230 had not biological toxicity and could mitigate the corrosion of drilling tools.It had been applied successfully in jiangsha 33-8 well.%考察了各种聚醚胺作为钻井液用页岩抑制剂的性能.结果表明,较低平均相对分子质量、亲油环氧丙烷重复结构单元和丰富的氨端基等结构均有利于聚醚胺抑制性能的提高.在所有聚醚胺牌号中,D230具有最优抑制性并兼顾良好的滤失性能.抗150℃高温,无生物毒性,能缓解钻具腐蚀.该聚醚胺已在江沙33-8井中得到成功应用.
