The non-ionic surfactant complex system without alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether as paraffin emulsifier were studied.The experiments were designed and optimized with uniform design software.In the condition of the emulsifiers dosage of 7 %,different non-ionic surfactants were chosen as the emulsifiers.Determine the ranges of values for each factor,set the appropriate level within this range.According to the number of factors,the level to select the appropriate uniform design table,the experiment was designed and performed.On the basis of the regression analysis of the obtained experimental data and the establishment of regression model,the analysis of the regression equation is then optimized and experimentally verified.The synergistic effect of surfactants and the effect on the stability of emulsified paraffin were investigated.The optimal paraffin emulsifier was synthesized:peregal(20) 20.74 %,Span(20) 14.12 %,fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether(10) 7.79 %,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (3)36.18%,polyethylene glycol(400)14.26%,span(85)6.91%.%研究了不含烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的非离子表面活性剂复配体系的石蜡乳化剂,采用均匀设计与调优软件进行乳化剂配方设计与优化.在乳化剂用量为7%的条件下,选用不同种类的非离子复配表面活性剂为乳化剂,确定各因素的取值范围,在此范围内设置适当的水平,根据因素数、水平数来选择合适的均匀设计表进行因素水平数据排布,对均匀设计表中的实验点进行实验,对所得的实验数据进行回归分析,建立回归模型,对回归方程分析进而得到优化的实验点并对其进行实验验证,考察了表面活性剂之间的协同作用以及对乳化蜡稳定性的影响,得到了最佳的石蜡乳化剂配方为平平加(20)20.74%、司盘(20)14.12%、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(10)7.79%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)36.18%、聚乙二醇(400)14.26%、司盘(85)6.91%.
