Zr-4锆合金管酸洗工艺研究

摘要

When pickling the oxide-skin of zircaloy tubes, it is difficult to operate and easy to over pick-le. According to this situation, the contrast tests is devised by selecting different acid proportions and adjusting different pickling time. The results of the study show that when the temperature is 30℃~35℃,the mass ratio of HF:HNO3:H2O is 3:40:57;the pickling time is 120s;clean and bright surfaces are gotten and overpickling is prevented effectively.%在锆合金无缝管材的生产中，因去氧化皮酸洗操作困难、易出现过酸洗的现象，对此进行了对比试验。即：同一时间下酸液配比不相同和配比相同但酸洗时间不一样对锆合金管材的酸洗效果影响试验。研究结果表明，在温度30℃~35℃下，氢氟酸、硝酸和水的质量比为3∶40：57，酸洗时间为120s时，不仅能够获得干净光洁的酸洗表面，而且能较好的避免过洗。
