PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of remarkably reducing an amount of lead elution as compared to the prior standard in using piping appliances and materials made of a copper alloy containing lead.;SOLUTION: The piping appliances and materials made of the copper alloy, such as valves and pipe joints, are assembled after N piece components of at least wetting parts made of the copper alloy, such as bodies and bonnets, are assorted as one unit and the parts for this one unit component are simultaneously immersed into a cleaning liquid containing an acid and are subjected to acid cleaning.
